our guest tonight is anna eshoo. our reporter guest is tony romm from "politico." to continue our discussion on spectrum congresswoman how far apart or close together are you and your subcommittee chairman representative walden on this issue? >> i think we have a different view about unlicensed in the tiny white spaces. i think we haven't come to a total agreement. if you know that we did agree on many different parts of the bill, which is wonderful. and that's the way it should be because these are not partisan issues. the different viewpoints or approaches that we have a national interoperable public safety network for our country finally. that the 9/11 committee called for this. there is agreement about the d-block where -- d-block. where we have some difference of opinion is about a governing body relative to that effort. so i hope we can come to an agreement on that. i hope by the end of this legislative year we will have a bill that can be sent to the president and have him sign it. because again this whole issue that we're working on under the umbrella of sp

. >> tonight anna eshoo at 8:00 p.m. eastern on c-span2. >> l.c.v. stands for local content vehicle. we have three of them. the purpose of these vehicles to collect programming from outside of washington, d.c. how do we do it? we staff each one of these vehicles with one person, a small laptop computer so they are able to produce and roll and edit things from the road. why i want to do this is to get outside of washington, d.c. and collect program -- programming for all of our networks. we are doing what we call an l.e.c. tour. one will collect history and historic sites. one will do book-tv and catching up with authors, and the other does community relation events. the last thing that's important to know is all this not only goes on the air, but it gets arkifed at our video -- archived at our video library. we are also doing extensive social media. you will see us on facebook. you will see four square, really location based, tell you where we are going. you will see us on twitter as well. it is a chance to get our message not only on air but online
