anna werner, cbs news, dallas. >> maryland police are putting together a profile of darion marcus aguilar, the 19-year-old gunman who killed two people in a shopping mall outside of baltimore yesterday before killing himself. jeff pegues is there tonight with the latest, jeff. >> reporter: jeff, investigators who have been trying to pin down a reason for this murder, so far they don't have one, they have gone through evidence in the suspect's home including a journal. late today bill mcmahon the police chief leading the investigation told us they still don't know why the suspect darion marcus aguilar opened fire on the columbia mall. does this open up the possibility that perhaps this is an angry customer who walked in and started firing? >> i think it is all possible, again, we are just over 24 hours into this. >> reporter: shortly after 10:00 a.m. on saturday investigators believe aguilar was dropped off by a taxi and walked into the upper level of the mall, staying there for several minutes and then they say he took an escalator downstairs before going back up. that's where the shootin

anna werner is at the courthouse in fort worth for us this evening. anna? >> reporter: scott, the state judge ruled the breathing st be turned off no later than monday afternoon. family attorney heather king said this shortly after the ruling. >> this is the decision we sought. there's nothing happy about today. this was a sad situation all the way around. we are relieved that eric munoz can now move forward with the process of burying his wife. >> reporter: marlise munoz was 14 weeks pregnant when her husband eric found her unconscious in their kitchen on november 26. two days later, the 33-year-old was declared brain dead by doctors at john peter smith hospital. her family wanted to disconnect the breathing machine, but the hospital refused citing a 1999 state law. it says: today larry thompson, the lawyer representing the hospital said it believes the statute was enacted to protect the life of the child. but the munoz family's lawyer, jessica janicek, described the hospital's stance as a science experiment. she said testing found the fetus, now at 22 wee
