lawmakers in annapolis are already taking aim at getting gun legislation passed. yesterday several bills were turned in with hopes of getting a handle on gun violence. the gun bills introduced last year didn't have enough support to pass and gun violence isn't just a local concern. the white house minted that the had the -- hinted that the president may issue a gun control order. vice president joe biden is also meeting with groups to talk about the issue. >>> students at one area high school have dealt with more loss than any teenager should ever have to deal with. in less than two years ten students were recent graduates from mead high school passed away and say the community will come together to remember the lives lost. a memorial will take place later this afternoon in the high school auditorium at the end of the ceremony, everyone will head out to the football field to release balloons in honor of those lives. in december alone two students were killed after being hit by cars in separate incidents. >>> well, bge gets its way it may soon cost you more to stay

the one effect is for areas right along the bay, including annapolis. you didn't get quite as warm, in the upper 50s is where you were stuck in baltimore. that's where we sit in the upper 50s. eventually the mid-40s but we're back to 5 by daybreak. -- to 50 by daybreak. mid-60s even. take a look at the numbers where we think the warmest weather will be in the heart of the season. we could touch 70 degrees and how about harford county where you're in the mid to upper 60s right back there tomorrow and perhaps slightly warmer in spots. so it's going to depend on where you are and what your wind is doing. i think a lot of it could be pushing highs that are several degrees above where we are. overall not a noise day. the clouds are rolling. tomorrow it will get breezier. this is a major line of rain set to arrive late tomorrow night. after the evening rush hour it will get heavy and steady. you won't see too much in the way of flooding. there could be snow flurries late thursday and into the morning on friday. so what a change that will be after this big war
