we still have a tornado warning in effect for anne arundel county. that will continue another three minutes or so. we do still have severe thunderstorm warnings. that also includes anne arundel county until 8:00 as well as howard county, maryland until 8:00, washington county, pennsylvania, franklin, fulton, and berk. in west virginia berkeley and jefferson. now, to confuse you more what i will do is take the severe thunderstorm warnings off and put the flash flood warnings on. so everybody in the metro area is under a flash flood warning. that includes montgomery county, howard county, and prince george's county, the district and also fairfax county. so you still may come across some flooding, and as armando mentioned the second round is not here yet. it's on the way. this is the second round for the cold front. so until that goes through, we are not out of the woods just yet. the good news, i think it bears repeating that we're not seeing tornado warnings issued any more with this second round. not to say they can't spin up as they get closer to us
