ann mackovic shows us this morning celebration. with a fanfare of a small symphony, the ribbon cutting for a brand new school building at deep-freeze elementary. >> it is very nice to have so much space. >> it is a day that we have been looking forward to for the past two years. >> this is the fire that destroyed much of the school in july 2010. the memory still haunt some of the students. >> i saw huge flames going up. >> i felt so bad that the school burned down. >> it happened in the early morning hours, destroying 16 classrooms, the library, and a computer lab. >> all my members are gone and everyone else was crying, and it was very sad. >> for almost two years, a lot of the class had to be held in portables here across the street but now they are all in one location. >> immensely just feels different. we are together, we feel more together like a community, like a family. >> the fire was ruled arson and two teenagers were arrested, the new nine million-dollar building housing a library, and a new computer laboratory, was paid
