live in santa rosa, anne makevoc, kpix 5. >>> all right. thank you, anne.'s take a look at traffic. it's 6:56. starting with the traffic alert in scotts valley we now see some significant slowing in the area. look at that. three miles per hour on highway 17. and this is because of a massive mudslide on the northbound side so you have traffic moving in both directions from the southbound side. so make sure if you are heading out this way you prepare yourself to drive safely and give yourself some extra time. we have a 4.5-mile backup in scotts valley. bay bridge toll plaza, high winds and rain across the span there into downtown san francisco. give yourself time for a 25- minute drive. and if you are heading into marin, highway 37 the westbound side is closed between atherton avenue and highway 101 again due to major flooding in the area. the eastbound direction is open. so we see some slowing but you will be all right if you head out that way and if you want to take mass transit i suggest it. the rain is going to start coming down hard soon. and if you are
