ktvu's anne ruben is live in mountain view with the details. anne? >> reporter: police say they take these calls very seriously. this one led them to a small warehouse right near costco and starbucks. it came in as an anonymous tip to mountain view police. this building, which seemed to house an arcade repair shop, was hiding something else entirely. >> we smelled it, but we weren't sure. but then when they started pulling plants out, that was pretty crazy. >> reporter: officers broke down the doors here thursday afternoon, uncovering what they describe as a sophisticated illegal growing marijuana grow operation. they seized more than 800 plants. >> the estimated street value of just the pot plants that were here in mountain view was over half a million dollars. >> reporter: but that wasn't all. two additional raids in san jose netted illegal guns, $10,000 in cash, and more drugs. >> there was also narcotics, methamphetamine and other drugs, as well as thc, or honey lab in another one, which is very dangerous. >> reporter: 33-year-old samir med vehic
