for more now on the case against shellie we turn to "action news" reporter annie mccormack live this i annie. >> reporter: hi, brian. bensalem police say they knew shelley was responsible from the begin. he stopped at the scene and he has been cooperating with police. they tell us this was an investigation with a lot of parts they have to be thorough and that's why it took two weeks to bring charges against him. 18 year old michael shelley had nothing to say as he headed in to surrender at bensalem police headquarters. this afternoon he was in bucks county prison charged with a slew of offenses including homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter for the death of a 16 year old bensalem high school killed as she crossed bensalem boulevard to catch her school bus. police say on december 17th just after 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of bensalem boulevard and bridgewater road shelley admits on his way to bucks county technical school he drove through the intersection after seeing the stopped bus. >> there's no doubt in my mind he went through a school bus that was proper -- had its
