let's go first to annie mccormack live near the scene. tell us. >> reporter: sharrie, that's a big update we just got from police and now five people are shot, down from seven. it does include an 11-year-old girl who suffered a graze wound. she is at saint christopher's hospital. well, take a look behind me. this is one of the bloody scenes here. you can see lawn chairs out here. police say a shot gun was used and the shooter does remain on the loose. again, this is one of two scenes here in the 700 block of east hilton where the shooter opened fire. >> 3:30 p.m., it was a hot day, block was heavily occupied by adults and children. single perpetrator came onto the block male produced a firearm. discharged multiple times on the block. >> reporter: and again at least one of them is a child an 11-year-old girl. we are told that three of the victims were actually transported by police to temple. three more were taken to hahnemann. that includes an adult woman who suffered a graze wound and two were children who now we have learned are not inju
