"action news" reporter annie mccormick is live at northwest detectives with the latest. orter: and, matt, that home was packed with at least a dozen people including four children and with one as young as six months old. well, take a look at this video. this is video from the scene where police say a 24-year-old man was shot twice in the arm. it happened last night around 11:30 at tenth and wagner in the olney section of the city. eight shell casings were found in the scene. two bullets they say went through the front of the home and into the living room area. 12 people were inside including those four children ages six months to six-year-old old. luckily they were not injured. the 24-year-old is in stable condition. >> upon police arrival they were told by family members that the 24-year-old had just been shot and he fled the scene on foot. while investigating the scene, we were notified by einstein hospital that a 24-year-old shooting victim had just arrived shot twice in his right arm. where this victim was shot is about three blocks from einstein hospital. it turns ou

annie mccormick is live outside wilmington police with the full story. annie? >> reporter: matt, sources are saying that three students will be charged in the death of amy joyner-francis we are told that the charges are immanent at this time. we are learning details about what exactly transpired that game. it was a week ago that the 16-year-old died in the howard high school bathroom. sources close to the investigation said during an altercation with three other female students was knocked to the ground and stabbed repeatedly with pencils. one of the teens slammed the victim's head into a bathroom sink and later died while being rushed to the hospital. one law enforcement expert explained why investigations like this can take time especially sorting through instagram, twitter and facebook posts determining what is real and what is fake. >>> you have to run down every single statement. there's so much information it takes that much more time to be able to close the loop on the case that you thought it's a slam dunk when in actuality it's not. >> reporter: one of
