it was not a flimsy question because it was asked by our colleague, annmarie hordern, who was there at the china-u.s. relationship is getting better or not, i agree with mark cranfield that you need to see more concrete evidence they are having dialogue and moving this thing fired -- moving this thing forward. but it is not getting better overnight because of this micron issue. essentially that several months long cybersecurity review, beijing has ruled there were security risks, cybersecurity risks, and they will bar and keep infrastructure companies in china from purchasing these memory chips from micron. 11% of micron's revenue comes from china, so it is a blow. it is not as big as qualcomm or others that get a much bigger chunk from china, but still it is an opening salvo as china retaliates. not saying it is a tit-for-tat retaliation. it looks like it, it could be, but it might not. there could be veracity in these charges, but as the congress -- commerce department says, there is no truth to this and they will work with china on this potential review. it is no coincidence at all
