if they are breathing and you shake annie and she says "go away, i'm sleeping here" you don't have to move her. how much blood do you have? about 6-liters and how much of the red fluid would it take to soak the front of my shirt? not much and one of the little lobes in the bottom here, half an ounce would coat my shirt an if i were to take this and pore it out on the wooden flee floor make a mess and all over the place and difficult to gi gauge blood loss by what you are looking at and there is an emotional component to it and this is a lot of blood and ble bleeding control and pressure and elevation and pressure poi point. to stop bleeding you put direct pressure on the wound. then you do direct pressure and elevation and then you do direc pressure and elevation and a pressure point. direct pressure on the wound an dressing goes on it and a bandage holding it in place. oh my gosh the dress acknowledges soaked through and what do i do? take it off and throw it away? no. put another one on top and hold tighter and get a good grip on it and if you elevate the affe affected part it will

i'm annie chung. over the last like two, three months, you have seen many of us escorting and bringing a lot of our monolynn quill seniors to town hall budget meetings and to different special needs meeting. on monday, we brought out about 60 of our seniors and realized that they didn't provide translation when they were talking to supervisors elsbernd, supervisors chiu and supervisors olague about the concerns of seniors and aging. the other times, it was easy for us to invite our seniors to come to the town hall meetings because everyone of them were provided translation. it made our work of engaging our seniors so much more easier and meaningful. because i always feel that on one hand, we want our seniors to be fully engaged with our city services, but whenever we have to act as interpreter and translator ourselves, it takes away that participation. so thanks to the office of civic engagement and affairs were able to do that in a meaningful way. today i'm going to comment on the lack of resources t

from districts 3, annie chung. there you are. >> hello. thank you. good evening. good evening, mayor, supervisors, and all our representatives from our city departments. i am from self help for the elderly. we have been serving close to about 35,000 seniors in the bay area. we started right here in district 3 on washington street at old chinatown lane. i think we started with the very basic program, serving 50 elderly in 1966. and now we serve close to about 1500 seniors every day between our congregant new site, four in district 3, and funding supported by the department of aging and adults with disabilities. we thank them for always thinking about supporting the most vulnerable in our community. i think tonight we have invited seniors from lady shaw, also in district 3, which is affordable 202 housing. average age of residents are 87 years old. the reason why they live too long age and longevity in a healthy lifestyle is because we have nutritious meals served in a dining room and social workers at lady shop. 20 years ago and they built this affordable housing,
