ansberry is 3 feet six inches tall. today he is facing a federal explosives charge. last tuesday - a police officer in nederland found the bomb that was designed to detonate remotely by cell phone in a backpack. investigators used surveillance video - from the store where the cell phone was purchased -- to identify ansberry. investigators about a motive, but believe this was an isolated incident. one colorado high school is taking a strong stance against what they're calling hate speech on social media. boulder prep high school expelled five students for derogatory and threatening comments in a neo- nazi facebook group. the students called the group "the fourth reich official." one high schooler pledged allegiance to the nazis, then took his own life last month. another member of the group blew the whistle on the racist messages ... teens said it was a joke. but the school headmaster says it's not joking matter. the school decided to expel the five students involved. one of those students appealed. she will be allowed back in class-- after what boulder prep calls "re
