tucson's had some pretty good activity. 50s on the temps upper 40, san anselmo 49 to 60 some low 60sthen a lot of mid 50s here pillar points is 56, pacifica 53 and san mateo and belmont both at 57 degrees, 90 in las vegas. but because of the cloud cover, palm springs and phenix are at 84. believe me, that's a that's a big drop compared to what they've had most of this month on the lows which have been 90 and higher, 56 monterey and also into creston city, 48 in truckee. see that moisture there. now, today, after today, that moisture source will get pushed out of the area. but we do get the higher clouds for today in the morning, and then we'll start to see more of this system digging in, which ushers in bigger fog bank over the next couple of days. so well inland still some upper 80s 90s coast and bay those 6070s but cooler weather is on the way that'll take us into tuesday and wednesday 60s 70s anywhere coast and bay and then 80s to some low 90s. tough to break it down when you get into the low 90s but after today it does look like temperatures drop off a good five maybe eight degre

those higher clouds are rotating around that most of those have thinned out though a few 40s, san anselmo, i think dropped to 48 now 49, a lot of 50 to near 60. the coolest temps by far were to the north, although there were a couple in the santa cruz mountains had a 48, i think a rotor in park. now 50, sebastopol was 49, now 50, windsor is 54 point, reyes 51. even ross at 50 degrees and sonoma made it to 50. now 52. american canyon 57. a lot of moisture in southern california. high desert as well. also into nevada. but we're on the northern edge of this. so i think after today, the higher clouds will be pushed off towards the east. the sierra nevada getting some partly cloudy skies from that moisture as well. but we have this system coming in right there that's going to knock down the high usher in a cooler pattern, starts a little bit today, then much more so tomorrow into wednesday. cooler weather will kick in. that'll take us to the middle of the week, 60, 70, 80, still inland. if you don't get any fog or low clouds, it'll take another day to really probably. but still some most locat

and nancy anselmo, a co-founder of the organization and educational director. thank you both for taking the time here today. paula let me start with you and talk about what these interactions look like between the people with early stage dementia and the horses and how do they benefit from those connections. great. thank you for having us. and we're thrilled to be celebrating our program and all of our participants tonight. i think briefly, it's about the horses, the teacher. and so we have our participants, those people that have a diagnosis of dementia or mild cognitive impairment and their care partners together with the horses. and we're in this beautiful barn today where at five star equestrian center is celebrating. but we also do workshops here. we have one on sunday, and it's just about using the benefits of the horse to allow people to focus on being in the moment, to focus on what nonverbal communication looks like and to bring the pair together so that they're doing something new together. it's just we call it the magic and you really have to see it
