too few of us know, in addition to being black, anthony walker is also gay. we don't do the addition well. in this case talking about identities, everybody in this country aside from the privilege of white folks who have that hold onto have intersectional identities, some have disabilities that are visible, some have diversity and buddhism. and to be unapologetic about being black and gender loving. we exist until people force us to make choices between those two communities. to go back to what people were talking about, why do we have people going to some stage where they are celebrated? the reality for black people, you can look at the data at the williams institute, black people, i should say this before go further, i should say black people, period. it is ideations of religion that convinces otherwise but we always existed and showed up in spite of not having names to name. we live with other black people, those people live in the south in states where it is legal to discriminate against on housing and employment, we are connected to institutions that all
