i know we're never going to match the apac as a federation or l.a. federation and the contribution, but my sense is a commitment of a limited amount of resources will make for a long time and fourth, i will allow an activist to take some time up because sometimes you don't need to be 24/7 on the front line. you need to step back and to find ways to continue to grow and i would say for us to think about a curriculum for growth that we can actually bring forth to the various activities and organizations to make possible that people are there for the long term. i always tell the activists you will not be able to change it in one day. we've been at it since the british, you know, issued the declaration of 1917. so, trust me, it's not a one day, you need to prepare for multiple marathons. it's not a 100-yard dash so we need to tell people the environment without actually reducing the energy because sometimes these are used almost as a deflator and you have to give them the sense that you have to prepare for a longer engagement for the struggle of palestin
