i think growing up here, it was very aparent a, how much more vibrant this community because of the immigrants who are here. i graduated from laurel high school, which is the school where the majority of students are students of color. apart from my caucasian friend, i don't think a single one of my friends came from a non-immigrant family. the other thing growing up in this climate is how polarizing the issue is. it seems like there has been a battle between people who are pro immigration and people who are anti-immigration. but i think, especially seeing all the faces here, just putting faces on this issue makes it so there aren't two sides to this people, that there are two grooms of people opposed to each other. somewhere down the line, all of us came here at some point, except the native americans. but yeah, i think like my mom said, just getting our voice out there, really are part of the same society, and i think our society has faced a real moral crisis where we have family values that are opposed to what our policies and laws say, and we are splitting up families. i have friends who w

meaning pushing both parties insued outside into the street is not the smartest thing to do and two, aparently, party buses, there's up to three party buses involved in the altercation that evening. and so we wanted an update on their policy, around party buses. they were going to no longer allow party buses at their venue. we'll continue to watch them and follow up on them to see if that is actually the case. officer mathias is here from central and he'll talk about some of the issues that have happened in central station. one that i will bring up is the ambassador club which was an issue the club had with two patrons. security escorted the patrons out in the process one of the security guards was punched in the face, actually had his known broken. once they got patrons outside, it escalated to a threat of violence and coming back and shooting people and security and staff called sfpd, arrived on scene and took care of the situation. and i bring it up because it's an example of what should happen in that security they did their jobs, they es cored someone out of the venue and when they felt t

in an aparent effort to buy time, mf global september checks. many of those checks we know bounced. their request to transfer funds were denied and account statements being issued. accounts of people receiving bounced checks going back and finding their accounts were also altered inappropriately. if this doesn't sound like fraud, what is it? the american people must demand more congressional oversight. congress needs to produce more information. i attended last week's hearing in the house agriculture committee. while some important questions were asked of mr. corzine, congress' responsibility has been far from met. anyone who followed the hearing watched as mr. corzine dodged questions and provided hollowed responses. the "wall street journal" presented an assessment of his testimony. according to "the journal," governor corzine ducked questions 15 times and used a well-known strategy for avoiding accountability by saying, i did not intend to break any rule. he apologized or expressed regret six times for the damage on countless families and businesses, but the fact is, $1.2 billion
