"when racial disparity and all of its causes are eliminated justice will be achieved...applau se woo applause" the chief justice of the iowa supreme court wants to end racial disparities among iowans who are incarcerated. last year, chief justice cady said iowa incarcerated nine-point- four percent of the state's african american men. he said that was the third highest percentage in the u-s. linn, johnson and scott counties are working with georgetown university on juvenile court pilot programs to eliminate racial disparity. kcrg-tv9's jill kasparie reports on the johnson nats of dancing it's not hard to find happy kids at the dream center.
