it is also important that we encourage community colleges and apprenticeship programs. you talked about electricians. i am proud to have been endorsed by the international brotherhood of electrical workers. people who are out there installing electrical equipment in homes and businesses every day because of the work we have done to support their friendship program and make sure they get -- support their apprenticeship program and make sure they get a decent wage. we do need better coordination between our k-12 system, community college system, and for your college system, but we need to remember it begins with early education, a solid k-12 education, and beyond. we also need to build partnerships between community colleges and jobs. i was pleased to get a grant from the federal government to do that in cyber security. moderator: our next question comes from andy greene, first to ms. szeliga. >> what can congress do to address college affordability and increasing levels of debt that many young people face? ms. szeliga: that is a great question. college affordability is o
