if 25 year-old joshua tatri was arrested in june after police learned that is 70 sold at aragon hightouched her in appropriately. prosecutors accused him of engaging in sexual activity and exchanging and lewd cell phone images with the student. the case was scheduled to go to trial on monday, but tatri;s guilty plea means that he faces three years and eight months in jail while he is sentenced in march. >> two people have died following an outbreak of the zero virus' said a marin, a senior center. officials said that the outbreak started just before christmas and has infected 60 residents and employees at the redwood facility in mill valley. fed officials say that the virus have contributed to the deaths of two elderly residents. another six people were taken to the hospital after guild from the contagious virus, which causes flu like symptoms for 24 to 48 hours. >> the centers for disease control one that the flu season appears to be a very bad this year. it is spreading faster and earlier than usual. the cdc says that the south and the south these sections of the country are gettin
