archer was immediately paroled for time served. in a sentencing report he states he has never seen a doctor or been hospitalized for mental illness and that he was not under the influence of drugs and alcohol. law also arrested by the media police at the end of 2012 and was found guilty on six counts including forgery altering a document careless driving and driving on a suspended or revoked license. archer whose house was raided this afternoon was set to be sentenced for that crime this coming monday. but criminal records prove no trail linking archer to terroristic teachings. neighbor says they were quiet. >> they were regular normal people that minded their business. >> reporter: this afternoon the small street with just 12 houses is roped off as officers execute add search warrant inside. >> you never suspect that this type of activity or individuals like this is living so close. >> reporter: law enforcement believe what 33 found unside this home as well as the seconds location in philadelphia will help them to determine if arc
