the first appeal was filed by archimedes banya sf and 748 innes avenue hoa and the second by greenaction. as stated in the department's september 17th appeal response and september 21st supplemental appeal response, the india basin eir is adequate, accurate, and complete, and it complies with ceqa, the ceqa guidelines, and chapter 31 of the san francisco administrative code. the department has addressed all of the issues raised in the appeal in our appeal response and supplemental appeal response. i'll briefly highlight some of the issues mentioned by the appellants today and the department's responses to the appellants' claims. regarding air quality impacts, the eir disclosed that implementation of the project would result in significant air quality impacts and identified six mitigation measures to address those impacts. planning department staff have evaluated the existing mitigation measures and determined that mitigation measures maq-1a and maq-1c could be amended to require use of renewable diesel, which would further reduce the air quality impacts. >> president cohen: just so we ca
