and 46 in washington, you see the 20s in pittsburgh and buffalo and binghamton, that is not the arctic air and that drops more behind the front slicing through the great lakes and 18 in detroit and green bay 11 and international falls, 4 below zero. the front will interact with what we call a jet streak in the upper atmosphere. it's a river of cold air, it's a burst of some snow around the midnight hour and thereafter. this is future tracker 6 at 2:00 a.m. especially to the south and east and as that pushes through and the temperatures drop this could lead to black ice by early tomorrow morning. so the timing for the front and that round of snow will be between midnight and 4:00 a.m. where mainly along i-95 cares south and east and not so much north and west of philadelphia. the potential of flash freeze, when the snow melts, any untreated suffer as could turn icy late tonight and early tomorrow morning. be prepared for that in the southern areas. windchills during the day tomorrow. it's only going to be 5 and 10 above the entire day. lehigh valley north and 5 below in extreme southern
