he is wanted to shooting and killing 29-year-old john lee at the apartments in ardmore. according to police, lee, an accountant, had just picked up pizza from a shop and was on his way to visit a friend shortly after 6:00 saturday night. that's when the gunman outside . surveillance video doesn't capture the moment they encountered each other. >> they could have had a robbery. the victim's cell phone is missing. in the video it appears the shooter has a cell phone in his hand. he has a handgun, also. >> reporter: investigators believe the gunman is responsible for edaho5 minutes overbrook park near 77th street. philadelphia police say witnesses told them he wa sing the neighborhood. when residents in a car approached to find out what he was doing, they exchanged words offd7 rounds at their car. no one was injured. >> we're concerned. it's a quiet neighborhood. for the most part. >> reporter: it was those victims in overbrook park who saw the image of the suspect from the murder here in ardmore. they called police and said, that's the same man who was shooting at us earli
