many other governors across the country, democrats republican, they are cutting millions of dollars from schools, universities systems, local governments and other areas that affect all the things you mentioned, and instead they are saying they are the cuts, now you either make it through massive layoffs or through massive property tax increases. i said in my state and can't afford to have anybody in the public or private sector in the more massive layoffs. i need more people working changing the business climate, showing in fact many issues, republicans and democrats alike we brought together to pass legislation that this one of the most productive, pro job agendas in the country. we had to do all that to protect jobs. by the same token we know one of the other things that would cut down the recovery would be a massive tax increase. we saw it two years ago when my predecessor raised taxes on corporations and individuals, we saw the jobs, the exodus. we want those people to come back. >> i understand competitiveness especially in the midwest in terms of job creation of this competition on tax rates, obviously, it? >>
