right now it's affecting texas arkansas, missouri, they have had mix of rain and snow, and some of that is heavy. look, across north central texas, ten inches of snow coming down, a number of accidents have been reported in this area. not only is it snow but you're getting a mix of sleet and freezing rain as well. very slippery roadways there and along i-40 this area of freezing rain has pushed east. it will improve a little bit there. mem first at 46, very cold air is in place. if this storm develops, if you have anything keeping the cold air in place we're talking about snow and will bring the warm air with it. and that will change the mix, virginia, over to rain, but the rain will become heavy. the cold air is all the way to western pennsylvania and ohio, even southern ohio is seeing rain. this is a lot of travel troubles here so low clouds and rain, a lot of flights will be delayed throughout the day and on wednesday. rain pushes to the north. that snow still over central pennsylvania, really not enough to amount to anything. snow continues four to six inches, not long i-95 however.
