army, the navy and the guard. you cannot do it without the national guard. the national guard is a perfect partner. much more perfect than many other missions. it is perfect. too many cases, a state side mission, a homeland mission done in one place. you can build very good expertise in that one area and have a guard that is focused on a singular mission. it is perfect. we have to figure out the guard. we have to figure out the army and the navy. two elements in the army and navy. when they have about a year to figure it out. congress will make a decision next year. we need to try to be ahead of that. the questions are pretty straightforward. because each service, the air force, army, navy, marine corps have two elements that are space or historically space. they all have it. that is a space capability that brings space into your army maneuver unit, navy fleet, marine corps, whatever it is. you have an element. that is actually a service function that should stay in the service. and then you have capabilities like flying satellites, holding satellites, aluminum satellites. that is a space force. as

those who are serving in the army, navy, air force, ma seen corps, coast guard, national forward and commission corps of the national oceanic and atmospheric administration and national health service would benefit from this amendment. this amendment isn't without guardrails. a credit reporting agency must be notified when that service member was on extended active duty at the time the hit to the credit report occur thsmed ecredit reporting agency would be required to conduct a review of the information and delete any negative information from the credit report should certain requirements be met. we must acknowledge the realities of deployment in today's technological world. life goes on at home while our military members are deployed. sometimes a bill payment is missed when an electronic payment agreement lapse a credit card on file expires, or an unauthorized credit card is issued. this amendment allows for credit reports to more accurately reflect the full picture. this idea was born out of the incredible courage of two parents who faced an overwhelming grief they hope never to ex
