police officer in waterloo pulling a man's hair, hitting his head, and using strong language during an arr police just released this yesterday. they say it came after a dangerous high speed chase in waterloo. now a state prosecutor says the officer who made the arrest won't face any criminal charges. the prosecutor says jurors could potentially understand why officer adam wittmayer was upset. but for montavis keller, who is 24, that's not the case. police say he's the man who started the high speed chase. that chase reached 90 miles an hour in and out of spike strips, which eventually ended the chase. police chief dan trelka says the officer's behavior in the video is not acceptable.
