we are building this as we are going. we have been incredibly fortunate with all these partners and everyone is motivated to do the same thing. and by the way they have all worked almost 24/7 for months on end. it is a grueling exhausting work we owe them our gratitude. here's what i want to point out. ramping up testing we can run people through, pretty quickly. sign a form, do the test, off. that does not happen in administration of vaccines. these vaccines have to be stored at incredibly cold temperatures. we have to have people fill out paperwork and schedule their second shots. this is time-consuming. then they have to have a shot that has to be administered by someone qualified to do that. i'd have to have an emt on-site just in the very rare event there some sort of reaction. and then they have to say 15 minutes. all of these things happen for each of these administrations of the vaccine. at is part of why it takes time to get these vaccines administered from when the health systems or the local public health depar
