i'm arthel neville. many migrants are still trying to cross the border by foot. the extreme summer heat makes it a life threatening journey. some migrants are dying in the desert as they try to get into the u.s. we have the latest from the border. bill. >> reporter: those rising temperatures are not slowing down the migrants. they're still coming, they're coming every day and a it's getting more dangerous but the human smugglers don't care about the temperatures, they're taking advantage of the migrants and they're ruthless in some of the things they're doing. take a look at he photos that were recently released. this is on tuesday, this was a group of 15 migrants who had been locked inside of a moving train by human smugglers. they were inside of grain hoppers. it was 110 degrees inside of those grain hoppers. texas state troopers and border patrol had to rescue them, five of the migrants were already suffering heat stroke. thankfully, agents able to get on scene there and rescue those folks. this is becoming more common many take a look at these photos. border
