joining me now is arthur wolk. he is a pilot.give me a perspective on the investigation and the way it has been conducted thus far. >> i think, michael, there are two investigations. one of which we don't know much about. the official investigation. since governments move very slowly, it is taking a long time to ramp up to do what they need to do to try to use the science to find the airplane and figure out what happened. then, of course, there is the contemporaneous media investigation, which i think has been focused on following every lead whether the lead has been substantiated or not. you have two things going on at the same time. one, the media is talking about every possibility that may have caused the crash and you have the governments trying to organize this thing so they can bring science to bear. sometimes they don't always coalesce. >> always does it get sorted out in an american court of law? >> i'm not sure on this one. we have so many international passengers. international airline. people were not destined to go to
