kulsuma akter — who was 27 — died in hospital after the attack on saturday. 0ur reporter aruna iyengarhis police investigation in the search for a man who attacked this woman, kulsuma akter, in bradford. habibur masum was arrested in the early hours of this morning, tuesday, in the aylesbury area that's in buckinghamshire. police had been searching for him since saturday. he has been arrested in connection with the murder of the 27—year—old woman, kulsuma akter, also from 0ldham. she died after being stabbed in the westgate area of bradford on saturday afternoon. this was a particularly tragic incident as kulsuma akter was pushing her child in a pram as she was attacked. the baby is reported to be safe and was unharmed in the attack. due to police having contact with kulsuma akter and with habibur masum before her death, west yorkshire police has referred itself to the independent office of police conduct. it's also emerged that habibur masum was already on bail for assaulting and threatening to kill, kulsuma akter back in november. both offences were alleged to have happened in manche
