as we check i-80 as it rolls through the east bay, westbound 80 approaching ashby avenue, still looking okay. you make that right hand curve towards the bay bridge toll plaza, and westbound traffic is very light wide open as you make your drive into lovely san francisco. now, 880 as it rolls through the east bay, that's still holding steady. we haven't had any major problems reported for 880 as you make your way through the cities of hayward, fremont, bound for milpitas. it is moving at the speed limit at this hour. now, the golden gate bridge is looking good southbound traffic still fine approaching san francisco. we haven't had any major roadwork or problems to report leaving southern marin so we're in good shape for that particular commute. the altamont pass you can see our sensors along 580 are picking up very slow traffic so it's down to 20 miles per hour. expect to be hitting the brakes from around the 205 interchange, stays heavy to grant line with more slow traffic as you head through the dublin area at this hour so that's going to be some of the slow areas for you. mass transit
