ashleigh? after months of hiding from the media spotlight, george zimmerman is finally resurfaced online. anyway. the suspect in the trayvon martin case has launched a website and on the website he's asking for visitors to help pay for his legal defense. the site includes a statement that reads, "as a result of the incident and subsequent media coverage i have been forced to leave my home, my school, my employer, my family and ultimately my entire life." at the same time all eyes now are on the special prosecutor in this case, angela cory. miss cory announced she would not be convening a grand jury in order to look at the shooting death of trayvon martin. cory said that for weeks the grand jury wasn't needed in this case against george zimmerman and in a statement miss cory said "the decision should not be considered a factor in the final determination of the case." brad conway is a defense attorney in florida and joins us live this morning. brad, thanks for being with us. we should state off t

let's get right to ashleigh banfield who's in for anderson cooper tonight.shleigh, you just spoke to a witness to the shooting. what did she say? >> i did. i was actually quite transpired about a difference in her account about what happened the night that she saw what happened as trayvon martin was shot dead. earlier she has said to us that it was very difficult to make out what was going on, about 25 feet from her window. but one of the things that she told us, john, was that the police did not seem interested in how much she wanted to tell them. she told us that she asked the the police if she could take them to the location where it happened and kind of reenact a little bit about what she saw happen, and they seemed very disinterested and did not go to the location with her, again, outside of her window. she also said that she had called 911 and she talked to 911 all the way through this account, even holding the phone up to her window so that they could hear the yelling. and then, john, surprisingly, she also said that this week, just two days ago, she'
