i'm ashley corum reporting.(justine) greater manchester police released new surveillance pictures of suspected ariana grande concert bomber. they were taken the night of the attack, as salman abedi.. went to an apartment in downtown manchester. investigators believe the apartment may be the place where the bomb was put together. abedi detonated the device after the concert monday night, killing 22-people. also, britain lowered its terror threat level from "critical" to "severe" today. (justine) former president barack obama offered his condolences to the victims and survivors of the manchester terrorist attack. britain's prince harry and mr. obama have been spending time together at kensington palace in london. palace sources say the british royal and the former president talked about support for veterans and mental health, causes both men support. before his stop in london, mister obama took in a round of golf in scotland. and drew a huge crowd during an event with chancellor angela merkel in berlin.
