joining me now, florida attorney general, ashley moody. great to see you. welcome back.ll, you know, as much as people want to say grand juries follow the lead of a prosecutor, this is its own entity. we can speculate on what's happened based on the information that's out there. some from robert costello. what i think is probably going on is when robert costello went in there and started saying you haven't seen everything, there are a lot more documents out there they haven't given you, you should ask for them, my guess is the grand jury said hey a, this is our grand jury. we have the right to subpoena documents. we're going to do that. maybe they've asked for more documents. maybe they've asked for more evidence. and you've got to the remember, that's likely. three other organizations and a people passed on this case. doj, elections commission, bragg's predecessor. the grand jury is doing its job and trying to determine whether this prosecutor, pra bragg, canw they should indict someone and i think it's -- i think everyone was hoping that this would be a process h that
