he's the president of asiana airlines. he arrived in san francisco today and there were somewhere in the neighborhood of around 50 reporters waiting for him. many of them national and international reporters. there was a microphone podium set up but young doo walked right by it and when he did chaos broke out. reporters and cameramen running every which way to try and talk with him. when asked about the crash young- doo said that he was sorry in korean. there were a couple of officers nearby but even they couldn't tame the crowd. they yelled for a path to be cleared. at one point a officer get "someone get me a baton." one national photographer said it was worse than michael jackson mobs. young doo had to turn around and go back towards customs where he was again chased down as reporters tried to get information. this is what is sounded like. audiio >>get back! get back! >>get back! get back! >> reporter:young-doo and the executives talked with some of those on board the plane. you'll hear what they had to say in my story

we will continue to track the latest with the deadly asiana airline crash that left two dead and many wounded. is with canberrabut first lets check in with erica kato for an update on our weather forecast. as the investigation continues in the deadly asiana airlines crash over the weekend, we are learning new details this morning. we now know the name of the pilot behind the wheel at the time of the crash. lee kang-kuk had only 43 hours of flying time experience in a boeing triple-7 and it was his first time landing that type of plane at s-f-o. there were 307 people on board asiana flight 214 coming in from seoul. two people were killed. both of them teenage girls from china. the coroner's office now probing if one of the girls was killed after being run over by a rescue vehicle. of the surviving victims, at least 180 people were taken to several bay area hospitals. this is cell-phone video of the crash as it happened. you can see the plane approaching the runway when the tail end makes contact with the ground. from that point it continues to skid down the runway and eventually comes
