the aston martin bulldog was launched in 1979 to a fanfare of publicity.nstead, it nearly went bankrupt. you just press the button... and you are released into the outer world. only one was ever built and after disappearing for years... ..they tracked it down and brought it to be restored here in shropshire. it was a wreck. this is how it looked when i first saw it in 2020. it has some of the original pieces, like this classic 70s dashboard but they also had to completely remake a lot of the parts from scratch. it looks absolutely fantastic, doesn't it? it's taken nearly three years to get to the stage, but it's nearly complete and this is an absolutely unique car. it's been roadworthy for about 18 months, but in between shows it's been continually modified. they've even had to make a new suspension system to allow the car to drive over speed bumps, which didn't exist in 1979. the man who's spent most of the past three years rebuilding it is brett eggar. cool, very cool. very nice, there's only one, so what's to complain about? will you miss it? yeah, i en
