this release of price data employers -- to me, it is still astounding that we are still here. the largest employers in the state, but for calpers, are not able to know what they pay for a day of hospital care for one of their employees. the health plan is not allowed to share the data with them. so the lack of transparency in the system, in part, through these contracts, really reduces the ability for the system to create more efficient and innovative products to restore that price competition. there are other types of stifling language in the contracts. it was mentioned earlier with the department of insurance complaints. the other issue is emergency services. i did not put the data up there, but the average charge for an emergency room in sacramento is $16,000 a day for an emergency patient, for an average patient. so that is the bill charged that the hospital has on their books. if the health plan does not reach an agreement with the provider, they face these prices that are oftentimes double the market price. that is another factor that has made the market more competitive

astounding woman. she is very personable. she worked for the department of treasury. she worked extremely good in that department. she was going to take maternity leave. she told me that i had to go on. she trained that sheikh -- as she did earlier, to become a high school teacher. she came back to the district in 1949 and applied for a tradition. there were a number of teachers and the district who were long term teachers. she became an assistant principal and thereafter. she became the first african- american female administrator in the district of san francisco unified school district of which we are all very proud. this woman who is also a mentor to many people, she supported me very highly. leola havard is a giant in the field of education. she has not stopped from that day. board members, i say to you. take a strong look at what we did. this forerunner of the african- american administrators and see in your heart and do the right thing. please vote for the changing of the name. thank you. astounding things. the monetary policy is to me a very significant issue. if you want to curtail spending, and everyone is talking about it but i do not know how sincere they are, you cannot do it without addressing the inflationary system. congress does not have to act responsibly if they can run up a debt, tax to an extent, borrowed to an extent, and if they still do not have enough money, and they resort to printing of money. then they get into trouble and then they massively print of the money. what has happened in the last couple of years? they did exactly -- they perpetuated the same policies that gave us our crisis. too much spending and borrowing and regulating and inflation. their inflationary problems, the creation of new money, it is historic. world history has never seen the monetary inflation that we have seen in the last couple of years. trillions of dollars on monitored by the congress, and guess what that leads to? higher prices. higher prices will be the key issue in next year's election, because people already know that prices are going up

"managers, supervisors, and other employees regularly throw me, blood, and bones at the somali employees." this notion that was astounded by someone in the other body, lack of evidence, have you found in employment discrimination similar cases? >> these cases did not start until 2009. again, when to applaud the bush administration for aggressively pursuing these cases. 150% increase post-9/11 is an eye-popping figure. >> i want to give everybody a chance. in heard testimony, -- in her testimony, she argues that the current decentralized system is confusing for victims who want to contact the civil rights division. she also notes that the lack of a centralized line makes it difficult to track and collected data on civil rights complaints, like a breakdown of compliance by race, national origin, and religion. we do not know how many american jews, christians, muslims have filed complaints with the civil rights division, and what is your reaction to this decision? -- division. what is your reaction to this? >> we now i shall have an 800 number for addressing these issues. but it is not the only portal. we wanted to make su
