when you look at the damage, looking at one side of the home on 23rd avenue. it's amazing that everyone made it out okay. this is a two-story victorian. the fire broke out, overnight, eight were inside, some sleeping as this was just before 2:00 in the morning. when firefighters arrived they say flames were pouring from the home here. but the residents were outside. there were working smoke detectors in the home. this home has two units, one up, one down stairs. because of the older construction it was a challenge to knock down these huge flames. here is what one captain told us. >> it looks like they may have overloaded electric circuits or electric issue. >> if they were running fans, it was hot? >> you know, i have no idea. i know the arson investigator was able to uncover debris and find electrical items. >> one firefighter was taken to the hospital with a back injury. firefighters are saying that as bad as it looks this could have been much worse. six children happened to be out of town at time on a camping trip in reno. that's the good news. everyone oka

you're backed up at least to broadway at this point. things should improve as the commute gets into full swing. video of this accident from earlier this morning, this is what caused this mess on 880. northbound was shut down for this big rig accident with four other vehicles. it is reported as a hit-and-run collision. one vehicle fled the scene. there were injuries reported, as well. and again, a major fuel spill, that's what took so long to get road re-opened but again everything is now cleared and things should be wrapped up here shortly. now let's jump over to our maps. first, the bay bridge toll plaza, metering lights are off. we are starting to see some slight delays there in the cash lanes but not a bad ride past the metering lights and across the upper deck. clear out of san francisco into oakland. south 101 at 37. no lanes blocked. you have activity on the right shoulder and center divide. chp is on scene, no word of injuries but slow speeds approaching the scene. of course antioch starting to load up highway 4, slow and go west

take a look at that video. this is released by tmz taken from inside dodgers stadium during the dodgers-giants game. it shows a man in a dodgers jersey standing up and appearing to be arguing with stow. now in this video you can see stow seated on the left. he appears to be trying to calm this guy down. he has his hands up in the video. we don't know at what point during this game this video was shot, but we do know some time after stow left this game he was brutally beaten by two dodgers fans outside the stadium. the man seen here in this dodgers jersey is not the man los angeles police arrested for stow's beating. that person, the person who was arrested is 31-year-old giovanni ramirez. we ask police what impact this could have on the case. and ramirez's attorney says his client wasn't even at the stadium. but police chief charlie beck says he is confident ramirez is one of the two people responsible for stow's beating. los angeles police are still looking for that second suspect. live in san francisco, allie
