berkeley in vallejo at 65 san francisco at 64 later today. temps will be right on par with our seasonal averages. 70's to 80's and whole lot clearer than they were yesterday. now, as for your roads this morning, we did have some issues at the bay bridge and that's resulted in some continual residual delays. there was an accident mid span heading westbound into the city and that blocked the left lane for a while. and because of that as the morning, commute has progressed. there's been just the steady backup stretching from the tolls all the way back through the maze and even up 80 as it gets towards berkeley. and because of that, a lot of people chose to take the mateo bridge instead. and now your commute a little slower as well. you see that a lot. once one bridge slows down, the next tends to go to and 24 minutes to make your drive. as for the richmond center fell, this tends to be the easier route to get you across the bay. still 14 minutes, though, that's a little slower than normal. and the golden gate bridge about the only bridge that se

take a look at this. the a look spectacular on the screen here, but it led to thousands in the north bay to lose power. this all happened when a car crashed into a power pole and then took a fire hydrant wednesday afternoon in sausalito. it was a long bridge way right near nevada street. the hydrant, as you can see there shot water, dozens of feet into the air. literally looked like a geyser more than 2500 people were without power for hours while they repair those damage lines, electricity was finally restored later in that hydrant was eventually capped off. those 9 years ago thursday that that napa earthquake struck causing extensive damage in that north bay city. the 6 point oh, quake destroyed buildings ruptured streets. one person died. several 100 were injured, 50 buildings and all had severe damage and more than 1000 had moderate issues. the courthouse is back up and running. but it took years to rebuild. >> i think that earthquake really helped propel not only the recovery, but the next phase, whi
