at only 21yrs old horhay sierra tip the scales at almost 500lbs.never pictured myself as being fat i've always told myself no i'm not fat i'm not big as his weight spiraled out of control horhay lost control of his life. i looked huge or you can't even see my neck i never thought i'd look like that. when i was a kid i never pictured me weighing 500lbs and the day i weighed myself 498 i can truly say that there were tears coming out my eyes because what 21yr old person wants to weigh 500lbs. i never admitted but there were some days i would binge eat i could eat a whole bag of chips in just like a hour and you know that year after year it progressed and i got to the 498 two pounds shy of 500lbs and that's when it was like that's crazy that's too big that's enough right there. horhay decided too to make a change and he's already lost 100lbs on his own. i cut half of everything i ate i don't drink soda i'll sneak a chocolate here and there but i don't eat the three chocolate bars i use to. all the families there just sitting at the table and here come
