atguess is we could do with least 50% to regulations and we have today. it is not the regulation is not important. it is important sometimes. but literally no one knows how many we have, when literally which ones contradict others, when literally confined no one in the city who can say i know all of these regulations make sense -- because how is it regulations get put together? somebody finds a problem. they say a i need to fix that problem. that particular problem may need fixing. that regulation may make sense. when you add it up with everything over time, pretty soon together none of it makes sense. we need a full-scale regulatory review. those policy prescriptions i do not think are partisan. you may or may not believe they are possible. as we approach the fourth of july, i would close by saying this. this is a unique nation in the course of human history. it is a unique nation in the course of human history because of that radical idea that everyone has potential, that everyone deserves the right to fulfill their potential, that everyone deserves a c
