manager atis the capital management. great to have you with us. just giving you a sense of where you are with facebook as a stock right now. >> in terms of facebook today, the factor that is the most on the move is the stock price momentum. , we we think about momentum apply it in different ways for different stocks and for some stocks, not much at all. specifically when it comes to facebook, it is noteworthy to ask that facebook is not a highly leveraged business, it has a clean balance sheet. also, it is not a highly speculative stock. when you think about momentum, in terms of highly levered and highly speculative stocks, momentum matters a lot because you can get into what george story describes as a vicious cycle in the price decline where the stock price starts to fall, the company becomes more and more leveraged, the debt ratings may go down, borrow costs may go up. that is a terrible situation to be in. if you see company like facebook, which has little leverage, when the price goes same you can get the company you used to be able to buy a
