the remaining individual michael huggens was apprehend understand atlantic city new jersey at 10:30 a.m the 100 block of north south carolina avenue. that was with the assistance of the atlantic police department and the our law enforcement partners of he was taken into custody without incident. he is charged with escape, robbery and assault on a law enforcement officer and conspiracy and charged with an unlawful possession of a weapon a handgun and additional charges in the near future pending further investigation. he is in custody at the atlantic county justice facility. >> the other threes have been incarcerate? >> reporter: the other three were apprehended yesterday without incident and in custody. >> reporter: how is it he found his way to atlantic city. >> that is being investigated at this time, the original three individuals that were apprehended were located in bridgeton, new jersey, 35 miles or so from egg harbor city new jersey where the incident started. throughout the course of the day, the defendant huggens ultimately made his way back to the atlantic city area and he was

they had searched residential areas and the woods here in bridge tonas in atlantic city where michaeluggins was found this morning. lets go t chopper 6 hd over the scene not that long ago. you see some of the activity in the area where he was apprehended. it was on south carolina avenue. and there were unmarked police vehicle there's and this is where 18-year-old michael huggins was apprehended this morning. we are waiting for more details on how it unfolded. 18-year-old accused murderer michael huggins is in custody in a search that moved from egg harbor to bridgeton and to atlantic city where he was captured at 10:00 a.m. u.s. marshals and the new jersey state police fugitive task force had a hand in this apprehension. he broke out of the youth detention center early wednesday morning with three other teenagers. authorities say they overpowered several guards and stole one of their personal vehicles. one guard was injured and is recovering. surveillance footage shows the stolen car sideswiping a jeep and ditching a car in a nearby neighborhood. and the others were captured wednesday
