just today the atlanta journal- constitution put out a story pointing out that the law that we railed against in 2021, the jim crow 2.0 law, that indeed it had the exact effect we were afraid of and it is disproportionately harmful to black voters in the state of georgia by diminishing access to the right to vote. in this case what we are telling you is that this renegade state election board is taking matters into its own hands and sowing chaos by putting in rules that will delay the counting of ballots. putting it in layman's terms, saying in a precinct three people left hand count every single ballot which is cast, which sounds innocuous enough until you realize fulton county has more than 500,000 voters and only three people per precinct will be allowed to handle those ballots. that will delay the certification and could jeopardize electoral votes being included. that is mismanagement not only of elections, but an intentional scheme to create chaos in the state of georgia and to undermine the validity of the election. >> before we go i want to talk to you about reproductive rights

the atlanta fed president looks like the interview with "the wall street journal" making some commentst are moving around future markets, as well as the stock market. he's saying it's okay to skip a cut this year after today's data. he's saying he's open to the idea of not moving if the data come in as i expect. that's interesting enough right there. so, you can see the market, if you look at the fed funds futures now, giving a little more weight to the idea of a skip, it's now trading at an 83% probability of a 25 in november, and the 17% probability of no change at all. that's towards the higher side. it's been higher than that. but then look at the october 25 fed funds contract. that's what's been happening, is over time here with the data that's been stronger, with some of the commentary that's come out in yesterday's minutes we can talk about in a second, increasingly they're taking out easing on the back end of all this. that's about -- you can see maybe 50 or 60, almost 70 basis points now have been baked out of the future in terms of how much cutting the fed will do. so we're w
