this is an opened investigation by atlantic county prosecutor's office. here's what we know, so far. police say that right after 1:00 a.m. they got a call for shooting in the macy's parking lot. they arrived to find a 20 year-old from atlantic city was shot multiple times and soon pronounced dead at the scene. the 26 year-old brother from clayton, new jersey was also shot, he was shot in the leg and he is in stable condition. neither of the names have been released. police say they have no suspects and won't comment on the potential motive would have been.
