doesn't look too bad right here by creek road in the northbound lanes but overall between the atlantic city expressway and 295 now average speeds are in the 30's. so, they have declined a little bit and we expect that that volume is only going to increase as the morning progresses. volume has increased along 95. southbound side now jammed solid from academy to cottman. then farther south you're really on the brakes because of this poor guy. broken down suv here by allegheny avenue. it's still taking out the left lane. that means traffic is barely moving as you come south of the betsy ross bridge through this point. everybody tries to funnel out of that left lane into the right lanes along 95 southbound. 95 northbound at the girard point bridge, that broken down work van has cleared out. that's good news. we still have the traffic light troubles in grays ferry at 34th street and grays ferry avenue. they're dark so you have to treat that intersection like a four-way stop and the congestion that's caused by that could spill back onto the schuylkill expressway. at this .76 just starting to see its typical
