they say they have caught two men steeling from atm customers. a 42-year-old and a 33-year- old, police say they were doing something called shoulder surfing. thieves look over your shoulder spying on people's pin numbers. once the person leaves, the crooks begin a new transaction and pocket the money. >> this is a nationwide trend. it's an easy way to do it. you can walk right up to the atm machine, look over somebody's shoulder. you can take a few hundred dollars. >> police say the thieves targeted the bank of america on east 14th street in san leandro. >>> and in today's jobs report, joe looks at the boom in construction jobs. >> when the housing bubble burst it took 2.2 million construction jobs with it. now that the market is normalizing, many of those jobs are returning. the government predicts thanler 1.6 thanler 1 -- there will be 1.6 million jobs by 2022. you don't need to be a plumber or carpenter to take advantage of the building boom. someone needs to oversee the projects from beginning to end. a construction manager communicates with
