maybe atticus finch is too much.ms to fit so comfortably into the american culture, this guy. >> well, yeah. it's a good reminder as professor turley pointed out. not all conservative judges come from the same mold. anthony kennedy had that specific lane that, respect for human dignity and liberty and quite frankly, he has been for the last several decades the most important member of the court and right now, leonard leo, the head of the federalist society is the most important man in america in choosing his successor because i think there's been a lot of admiration for justice kennedy but also for movement conservatives. there's been frustration he has in fact been unpredictable. that unpredictability made him so significant. i don't think that the choice of his successor will be of someone like anthony kennedy. >> that's what we worry about on my side. that's what i'm worried about. >> it is a very impressive list. understand that not everybody described as a conservative judge comes from the same school or emphasi
